Film essay about the different definitions of the word “taste” based on interviews with physiologists, semiologists, psychoanalysts, anthropologists, ethnologists, art historians, art critics and artists. The question of taste in terms of ethics, aesthetics and cultural and societal codes is analysed in the context of a country deeply invaded by drug trafficking.
